I am a nurturing and expressive person that thrives on relationships. After a brief interest inquiry, I love to meet with potential clients in person. This allows both parents to meet me and determine if I am the right fit to support them on their birth journey.
NOTE: Services are generally provided in-person but may include virtual support as warranted.
Birth Support

1. INITIAL VISIT
- Get to know you time
- Mother’s history, risk factors, concerns
- Vision for birth
- Vision for postpartum period
- Review of available postpartum support services
- Service agreements
- Payment options
2. PRENATAL SESSIONS
- Navigating medical appointments, body and mind preparation for birth
- REIKI energy work available
- Development of Birth Preferences
- Labor and birth support; tools, techniques and demonstration (focusing heavily on Partner support skills and confidence building)
- Postpartum preparation; Mom, baby, and household
Possible prenatal additions:
- Accompany client to one provider appointment
- Home space preparation
3. Full availability by text, call or video from date of contract through final closing visit
4. Attendance at labor and birth, and 2-3 hrs. post-delivery
5. Check-in with family the day after birth
6. One follow-up visit in home, 2-3 days after arriving home from birth location
* This will either close out a birth support only agreement, or begin continued postpartum support, depending on the services selected and contracted
- Review labor and birth
- Go over any additional questions or needs related to the birth, infant care and recovery care
Postpartum Support

Postpartum support can be provided in-home or virtually, and may include:
- Check on Mom, Baby, Partner, Family members and Household
- Assist with any recovery or baby care needs
- Provide early breastfeeding support
- Light chores:

Laundry of Mom & Baby

Preparation of a Meal

Space Tidying

Light errands (ie: Pick up of Rx or Grocery order)
- Postpartum self-care guidance with Mom
- Postpartum help with baby care and feeding
- Help with other household members: other children, partner, etc.
- Advocating for Mom with family and visitors
- Guidance with post-recovery subjects, such as baby care, meal planning, daily routine/schedule, decluttering and space organizing
